Dave Cox ...

Now Dave Cox is a website copy-writer's dream. He's a photographer and designer by day, a house renovator by night, and a guitarist when the time is right. And he also sells boats! So I have so much material I barely know where to start.

Should I discuss his increasingly impressive erections? Should I discuss the time he takes it out and flashes us? What about when he gets fretful and won't give a pluck? See what I mean (nudge nudge, wink wink and not a mention of seamen in sight...) In truth, Dave is a chap of hidden depths. His love of live music, his attention to detail in getting the sound just right, his inability to count to four in time, are the stuff of legend, and his knowledge of what we should adopt as band anthems stretches all the way from Orson to.... well, Orson. Look, Dave - we SAID we'd do it, and we did!!

Dave always tries to emulate his guitar heroes: Joe Satriani, John Goodsall, and Droopy. We're glad to say he's doing fine by their standards!

Dave plays his beloved Paul Reed Smith, a Westbury Deluxe (for when he absolutely can't do without a drop-D), Washburn Monterey Custom Acoustic, ancient Boss GT-6 effects, mostly through a Fender Performer 1000 combo. After that it's all Dave Hutchins' problem!

Meet the chaps...

First, and by no means greatest, is Lee Davids. He may be short in stature, but he is big in talent. Our lead singer and guitarist boasts a scarily large portfolio, and he will get it out anywhere.

Next, our lead guitarist is Dave Cox, who with his wah-wah pedal and bright yellow guitar sets the standards that we all try to sink to...

Now we come to bassist Pete Hutchins. Veteran of many a party, Pete knows what turns a tune into an anthem (usually a solid bass-line!)

No band would be complete without a great drummer. So whilst we wait for one to come along, we have Paul Shrimpton. Paul keeps us in time, if not always on time, and completes the on-stage line up.

Finally, we'd be nothing without the man on the knobs, Dave Hutchins, who brings years of industry experience to our cause. He really is our secret weapon.
